PUMPKIN SPICE SEASON

I absolutely love the fall season! Give me all the pumpkin spice, cool weather, sweaters, and candles. It gives me so much joy to bring out my slow cooker and make some hearty comfort food. I also love that in the fall, it’s socially acceptable to eat roasted brussels sprouts all the time. Or is it? Please tell me it is.

ABOUT MY LIST

I put together THIRTY delicious Whole30, paleo, gluten free, dairy free recipes to satisfy all your fall cravings! Plenty of sweet potatoes, pumpkin, squash, and soups to savor as you cozy up for the cooler weather.

This list includes a mix of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options using a variety of cooking methods including slow cooker, instant pot, oven, stovetop, and grill.
