EASY PALEO BISCUITS
At first, I was hesitant to try making a paleo biscuit because I thought that a classic biscuit would be hard to replicate paleo-style. How could I make a warm, fluffy, and delicious biscuit without flour, butter, or cream?! I put in the work to figure it out, and I did it! This paleo take on biscuits is a must-try. They are slightly sweet, fluffy, and a great addition to a weeknight dinner.

This is the best recipe for paleo biscuits because you don’t need very many ingredients, they are a good size, and you can make them either sweet or unsweet, so you can choose whatever you’d like to top them with depending on your mood. They take only about 15 minutes to bake, so you can make them quickly as well! A quick and easy recipe – my favorite kind of recipe!
ONLY 8 INGREDIENTS
You only need eight ingredients to make these easy fluffy paleo biscuits. If your cabinet is already stocked for paleo eating, you probably already have these ingredients on-hand! This makes it so easy to whip up these biscuits whenever you’d like.
FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY
I love that this recipe makes 8 smaller-sized biscuits. This is a nice amount for a small family for dinner and there will still be a few left for seconds or leftovers.
SWEET OR NOT SWEET
These biscuits have a little bit of sweetness to them which makes them perfect for adding jam or honey on top. If you don’t want them to be sweet, omit the honey on step 4. Easy Fluffy Paleo Biscuits Recipe
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup ghee (or coconut oil)
- ¼ cup canned coconut milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, and ghee until crumbly.
- Stir in coconut milk and eggs until a dough forms.
- Add honey, baking soda, and salt to the mixture until well incorporated.
- Divide dough into 8 equal portions and roll into balls. Place on a baking sheet and press down on each one.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
