  • 2 lbs brussels sprouts, shredded (or two bags of Trader Joe's shredded brussels sprouts)
  • 4 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a sheet pan with aluminum foil.
  • Cut or shred brussels sprouts and toss on the sheet pan in avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Roast in the oven on 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes until brussels sprouts start to appear brown and crispy.
  • Move to the top rack of the oven (4 inches from heat) and broil for another 1-2 minutes with the oven door ajar.
